Conventions and Conferences

Large meetings and conventions take a lot of preparation. Capitol helps associations manage this by developing a theme and art look/logo for the meeting, and coordinating ads, postcards and the on-site materials along that theme.

Capitol also produces convention programs, large and small, including calendar of events, seminar descriptions, leader bios, charts, graphs, and indeces. We've made booklets of the handouts & Powerpoint presentations for the participants' note-taking. We have also produced interactive CDs featuring all the presentations for those who could not attend every meeting.

Capitol can also help enhance an agency's representation in a booth-type setting with fliers, brochures, and large-format color displays. We have even helped develop custom-made toys and trinkets as giveaways and attention-getters.
